Joining the massive generosity of our nation's largest companies, a smaller network of work at home moms are also contributing to relief efforts.

(PRWEB) September 15, 2005 -- In an effort to encourage small business owners to contribute to national relief efforts, FreelanceMom.com founder, Lori Redfield, has launched a '3 Months Free Advertising' campaign to business owners who make a contribution to Hurricane Katrina victims.

"Like everyone, I have been stunned by the immense aftermath of Katrina and the suffering our own American families." says Redfield, "After making a donation that felt far too sparse, I realized that many small business owners can't begin to measure the support larger companies can afford to give. I wanted to encourage and reward the more humble efforts of small and home businesses that also want to help".

Family friendly business owners are encouraged to email receipts for any size donations that were made to Katrina relief efforts to e-mail relief@freelancemom.com, along with a 468x60 banner ad that will be placed in a rotation on top of the FreelanceMom.com forum, one of the highest traffic areas of the website until December 1st.

"No donation is too small...” Lori elaborates, "With our combined efforts, we can make a tangible difference."
